Juan Paolo Villonco
CEO
Atty. Villonco is a seasoned lawyer and entrepreneur. He and his family have been involved in the real estate industry for more than half a century. Through the years, the Villonco group has developed residential and commercial real estate. They are also pioneers in the development of industrial parks, memorial parks and land reclamation projects in the Philippines. Atty. Villonco himself served as past president of Republic Real Estate corporation [the first land reclamation company in the Philippines] and is Senior Advisor to Industrial and Agricultural estates throughout the Philippines. He co-founded and is CEO of Ignition Venture Studio, one of the pioneers in co-working office space solutions for the emerging Philippine technology industry.
Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Atty. Villonco was a lawyer in the Siguion Reyna, Montecillo and Ongsiako Law Offices where he was an active member of the Firm’s Real Estate and Estate Planning department. He also has the distinction of topping the Real Estate Board exams in 2012, ranking 9 th in Philippines.
Joel Tan Torres

Stephanie Tan-Branquinho

Stephanie is a practicing and licensed architect in the Philippines. She is educated in Germany and trained as an Architect in London.
She has worked for Foster + Partners, London designing multi-billion projects located in Melbourne, Rabat Morocco and Hong Kong. These range from skyscraper complexes, transport, residential and city planning.
She is currently the Principal Architect of Spacefabrik Inc. which specializes in Architecture and Design. Spacefabrik has worked on Master planning developments, Entertainment and Gaming, Hospitality, Residential, Commercial and institutional projects in the Philippines.
Miguel Escueta
Mr. Escueta has developed trusted relationships with the Land Acquisition arms of most major real estate developers in the country. He maintains an open line of communication regarding raw land in the provincial areas that are within the specifications and needs of the country’s top developers.
Mr. Escueta has a Masters degree in Entrepreneurship from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and is also the Co-Founder and CEO of Frank and Dean Coffee Corp. – one of the up and coming brands in the Philippine Coffee Industry.
